Your
catch will be promptly bled when landed, and then cleaned and iced on
the boat. At the dock we custom fillet and vacuum pack the fish using
commercial packers with heavy duty bags for long life and freshness. We
flash freeze the fish to 30 degrees below zero, then box the fish to
airline specifications, (50 pound boxes) so it can accompany you home as
luggage. Airlines charge an "extra baggage" fee for more than two
checked fish boxes, so please use a carry on bag for your clothes. Our
meticulous care of the catch has been praised by many customers, not
only on the boats, but when they get home and enjoy the freshness of
each piece of fish they eat.
